We accept all larger insurances in and out of state.

Regarding medicaid, we already provide care to four times as many medicaid patients as other doctors' offices in Franklin county.  Medicaid... is the most embarassingly horribly inefficiently and incompetently run health non-insurance in Massachusetts. Until medicaid comes clean we cannot accept more adult medicaid patients at this time, but we will accept all children and uninsured patients no matter what.

We do not accept every small insurance because many are as fraudulent as massachusetts medicaid. We have found that the most affordable insurances charge you less by giving you much less care and they give you quite the run around to get what little care they may have promised you, so...

We provide barter, sliding scales, time banking, and free care with deep discounts for anyone in need. We have an obligation to care for all people, and we take that sacred duty completely to heart.
